Free Computer & Technology Support (Tuesdays)
On Tuesday between the hours of 9.30am -1.30pm you have the option to call, Skype or email and ask us any computer or NBN related questions. We will provide you with clear and easy to understand solutions and that you can go away feeling confident in what you are doing.

Remote Assistance
Remote assistance allows our technicians the ability to log into your computer to evaluate and solve your software or hardware problem. We can also help you manage your computer, configure updates, backed up or restore files or simply to give your system a health check.

Training Manuals
Heidelberg IT & Training Solutions offer a wide range of user guides that you can reference. Some popular titles: Microsoft Office series, as well as Microsoft Windows, Adobe Acrobat and a lot more.

Heidelberg IT & Training primarily service the Banyule, Whittlesea and Nillumbik areas. We focus on the residential and small-home-office customer in these areas and offer unparalleled high quality services.
3. What happens if I am too busy to come to Heidelberg IT?
We will do our best to organise a time that is mutually convenient. However, where a system is deemed urgent or you would prefer to choose the remote assistance option, we can connect in less than 2 minutes using an Industry Leading Software.
