Remote Assistance

Remote assistance allows our technicians the ability to log into your computer to help you solve issues relating to software, configuring updates, backing up or restoring file or simply just to clean up and give your system a health check.

We use a registered business version of the popular remote access software, called, TeamViewer. This software is light weight and small and will not put be a burden on your system. 

Regardless of what is being done on your computer you have the ability to allow or disable access at any time. The code or pin provided is available seasonally, meaning that once logged out we cannot log back in without you entering another pre-defined code.
